Shipping Policy:
Orders placed before 3:30pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day, provided that all requested items are available or are placed on backorder. If US Priority Mail service is selected upon checkout, the order will ship the next day.
The map below details standard UPS Ground transit times. Premium shipping services, including Next Day Air, are also available.
Credit cards are billed at the time the order is shipped.
If an item has been placed on backorder, it will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available. If you ordered an item, but did not receive it and it was not placed on backorder, please contact a representative by calling 1-800-516-1262.
